DENIM WAYS

A denim shirt is one of the most basic pieces in any closet. It's so versatile and can easily be mixed and matched to almost any item of clothing. So basically, the sky's the limit when coming up with different denim looks.

I'm really into maxi skirts and dresses for spring, so for this outfit I decided to pair a striped maxi skirt with a basic denim shirt. When I first tried on the outfit, it was a bit ill-fitting around the waist area, so I just added a belt and voilà. Whenever you're unsure about the fit of an outfit or can't pin point something about it you just don't like, try on a belt and see how you feel about it, it will usually be able to hide any small fit imperfections. In this case, the belt was crucial to pulling the whole outfit together.

La camisa de mezclilla es una de las piezas más básicas para tener en tu closet. Su versatilidad la hace fácil para poder mezclarla con casi cualquier prenda. Básicamente, no hay límites cuando se trata de encontrar diferentes looks en mezclilla.

Estoy muy emocionada por las faldas y vestidos maxi para esta temporada, así que para este atuendo decidí combinar una falda maxi de rayas con una camisa de mezclilla muy básica. Cuando por primera vez me lo probé, no me quedaba muy bien así que añadí un cinto y listo. Cuando no estén conformes con cómo les queda una prenda o estén inciertas sobre si les gustó o no su outfit, agreguen un cinto y vean como se sienten, por lo general podrán esconder cualquier pequeña imperfección de la prenda. En este caso el cinto fue esencial para lograr el look del conjunto.
